Jeremy Zender is a Colorado native with 20 years of experience in the culinary arts. He has trained and created at renowned local restaurants such as The Fort in historic Morrison, Colorado, as well as overseas; including Sansei, a top rated seafood and sushi restaurant in Hawaii. His love and curiosity for cuisine began in his early years at family dinner. Finding his passion did not come easily, he began his first restaurant job at 14 washing dishes. Enduring grueling work with a “don’t give up” attitude, he became a chef and leader, corroborating with other industry greats, striving to always provide the best.
